We offer a 28-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

To preserve the lifespan of your gear, wipe away dirt with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or direct heat sources for drying, as this can damage the technical materials and adhesives.

Yes, all QUOC products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
